ST PATRICK’S SCHOOL HALL  - HIRE AGREEMENT.

 

This agreement made for the ………..(date) between St Patrick’s School Board of Trustees and the Hirer, agree on the hire of the Hall as follows;

 

1.    The Hire charge as set by the Board of Trustees of St Patrick’s School.

 

2.    The Hirer shall be liable for all damage to the premises caused by Him/Herself or any person

      obtaining  assess lawfully to the premises during the hiring of agreed premises.

 

3.    The Hirer shall be exclusively liable for any accident or personal loss of property happening to    

      any of its members during the hiring.

 

4.    The Hirer shall not sublet the premises without consent of the St Patrick’s School Board of 

      Trustees.

 

5.    At the conclusion of the hire,  the premises shall be left in a clean and tidy condition.  An extra

      fee may be charged if it is found that other than normal cleaning is required.

 

6.    The Hirer will at the Hirers own expense, obtain all Permits and Licenses required in

      connection with the hire of the premises.

 

7.    Requests by the Police or any member of the St Patrick’s Board of Trustees for a reduction in  

     the noise level must be acted upon immediately.

 

8.    Any member of the St Patrick’s Board of Trustees shall have the right of access to all parts of

     the premises at all times for the purpose of inspection only.

 

9.    Any breaches of the agreement can terminate the use of the hall.

 

10. Smoking in Hall and Grounds is not permitted.

 

11. Alarms being set are the responsibility of the Hirer. Any call out charge during Hiring of Hall   

      will be the responsibility of the Hirer.

 

12.  When the Hall is used on a Saturday evening it must be vacated by 12:30am Sunday morning.
