MANAGEMENT & “R” UNITS

OBJECTIVE:- To distribute management units made available to the school by the ministry to personnel holding management positions.

GUIDELINES:-

· Deputy Principal on a G2 salary scale must be allocated 3 m units.

· Assistant Principal on a G1 salary scale must be allocated 2 m unit.

· Senior Teacher (DRS) must be allocated 1 m unit.

· Middle Syndicate leader is allocated 1 unit.

· If an extra management unit is available this will be used for Lead Teachers in a designated area of whole school development or Tthe BOT will fund lead teachers, Tutor Teachers to the amount of $1,000p.a.
