Method
In a fry pan place the bacon and ham and fry for 2 minutes, add the other ingredient
and fry until soft then take off the heat and cool.
Take the dough and break into small palm sized balls and cover them with cling
film. Taking one at a time, take the balls of dough and roll out into a circle
about ½ cm thick. Spread some of the sauce onto the dough but not to
the edge keep it about 1 cm from the edge. Next put some of the filling from
the fry pan sprinkle on some grated cheese, wet the edge of the dough with a
little water. Fold the dough over to form a half circle and seal the edge by
pinching the dough all the way round. Brush with a little milk and set aside
until you have made them all. Again bake in a preheated oven 220deg C for 15
minutes or until golden brown.
