Ingredients
" 2kg Potatoes - cook and mash
" 6-8 slices Streaky Bacon
" 2 large onions diced
" Garam masala - 1 tsp
" Ground tumeric - 1 tsp
" Ground chilli - half to 1 tsp
" Ground coriander - 1 tsp
" Ground Cumin - 1 tsp
" 2 tsp minced garlic
" 2 Cups lentils - Soak for two hours and boil for 40 minutes
" 10 large coarsely Chopped Mushrooms
Method
Mash cooked potatoes
Fry bacon, onions, spices and garlic together
Mash/blend/food process lentils
Add mashed potatoes to lentils
Add mushrooms to bacon mixture and cook.
Add bacon mixture to lentil and potato mixture then heat slowly together stir
constantly.
