Double Chocolate Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup vanilla sugar (or just plain sugar)
¼ cup cocoa, or 100 gms chocolate drops
3 eggs into melted chocolate and butter mixture
2 cups yoghurt (strawberry goes well) mix in with wet ingredients and beat well


Method
Put dry ingredients into a bowl, and mix together until combined. (3 cups self raising flour if your have it instead of the flour and baking soda).

Beat eggs into the melted butter. Add yoghurt and, when combined, add to wet ingredients and mix well.

Once fully combined, cook at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
