Oven Roasted Veges Recipe
Ingredients
Equal portions of roughly chopped Potato, Kumera Pumpkin, Courgettes, Carrots, Onions and any other veges you like
1 tblspoon italian herbs
1 tblspoon crushed garlic
2 tblspoons cooking oil
2 tblspoons Balsamic Vinigar
Salt and pepper to taste


Method
Place all the chopped veges into a large roasting dish add the herbs, garlic, oil and vinigar and toss well. Place in the oven at 180°c with the roast and cook until browned and tender . Shake the dish halfway through cooking to keep them coated with the oil.
