Roasts Beef Recipe
Ingredients
1 beef Roast (tied if rolled roast)
2 tablespoons of English mustard
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt totaste


Method
Pre heat oven to 180°c. Rub mustard over beef then roll in a plate with the cracked pepper. Add oil into a frying pan and heat until hot. Place beef into the frying pan and rotate frequently to seal the meat for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and place ontop of a wire rack in a roasting dish. Add two cups of water to the bottom of the roasting dish and place into hot oven. Cooking time is 20mins per ½ Kg for rare, 25mins for medium and 30mins for well done. When cooked to your liking remove from oven wrap tight in foil and allow to rest for 15 mins before serving.
